Jellies are coming back? If it's up to designer Toni Francesc, the answer is yes. His entire spring/summer 2009 collection featured 'jelly' clothing and accessories. I'm not sure I like the loose, unstructured look of these shoes, but they are waterproof. These can be a cuter rain boot.
