I'm absolutely loving these Giuseppe Zanotti shoes. This shoe is an expression of extreme opposites in design. The outer side is solid black leather with the entire foot, from the open toes to above the ankle, completely covered, and the inner side of the foot is totally exposed. The wedge heel is 4.5 inches. This one is a must have for me. $595 at Saks.
