Other than the unusual, sculptured heel of this Casadei shoe, it's rather simple, but I absolutely love it. It obviously has a 70's sort of groovy look, but with a bit of futuristic chic. It's super shiny patent leather (also comes in black) and it has a 5 inch sculpted heel and a 2 inch platform.
