I love, love, love these Vivienne Westwood boots. They're slouchy, but the belt buckles keep them secure up your leg and emphasize the flared shaft. And the blood red color is great. They definitely fit the current rocker chic trend, but thanks to the absence of studs and spikes, they aren't "trendy".  They have a 4 inch heel and also come in black.Available at Zappos, $902

These shoes are very Katie Perry, over the top cutsey, but I like them. They are the Melissa Lady Dragon Slingback Sandal that is made from Hypoallergenic plastic material that molds to your feet for optimal comfort and fit. They remind me a little too much of the popular 80's jelly shoes. They were made in collaboration with Vivienne Westwood, the eclectic British fashion designer known for popularizing punk fashion, and her influence is definitely apparent in this shoe. The slingback strap has an adjustable push-stud closure and the heel is 4 inches with a .5 inch platform. Available at eLuxury, $149. Would you buy a plastic shoe?
