I have never been a fan of the Melissa rubber shoes, as a matter of fact I think they are little more than glorified jellies. However, these ankle boots are swaying my opinion a bit. They have a futuristic style that's pretty cool. I could wear these, especially on a rainy day. They have a four inch heel. A good thing about rubber shoes is that they are inexpensive! However Melissa shoes are designer rubber shoes, so your gonna pay more. $107 at Brownsfashion.com.

Yet another assault to my senses from this Melissa designer. I had these same shoes when I was 5 years old and they only cost $3. Yet this designer seems to think they are worth $80. I wouldn't wear these things if someone paid me. They are made of 100% rubber...eighty bucks...what label?
